* Fill out the Family Matters Information Sheets 

* Read, Sign and Date the Family Matters Retainer Agreement  

* Check the box(s) for the service(s) you need

* Select Payment Option A or B  

* Make the Payment 

Email your bundle to info@legalequity.ca

Bundle No. 2. -  Package for General Matters include: 

*Fill out the Non-Family Matters Information Sheets 

* Read, Sign and Date the General Matters Retainer Agreement  

* Check the box(s) for the service(s) you need

* Select Payment Option A or B

* Make the Payment
