We provide document and Agent support in Courts of Justice matters upon request. Where required, we refer clients to legal professionals within the industry whose expertise, reputation and practice are above reproach and who are in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.

Rule 2.23 of the Rules of Court permits an unrepresented litigant to be assisted by a “McKenzie friend”: a person who is not a lawyer (e.g. a friend; a paralegal; etc.)  to support the unrepresented litigant.
