Before I worked with Bonitto Grange, I had come to the conclusion that my marriage was over and I was ready to give up. After meeting him at my introduction session, I realised he was a man of God and that encouraged me to start sessions with him knowing that I am a woman of faith. After several session with me and my husband, I started seeing and felt a shift in my thinking because his strategy was to focus on the present and fix forward. When I started this coaching journey with Bonitto Grange, I felt  so damaged, and hurt. I felt a dark cloud of pain, anger and disappointment hanging over my heart and life. I was in a very toxic  emotionally and verbally abusive relationship. It was so bad that I felt like I did not recognize the vibrant and loving me anymore. I felt unloved, had vey low self-esteem, struggled with anxiety, and felt less than a woman or wife. 

Mr. Grange was patient, encouraging and knew exactly what to say to help me start feeling better about myself, see my self-worth, start focusing on the things I can control and not the things I cannot control.
